I would really like to buy a cell phone from Japan or a japanese phone in America. How would I go about doing that?

It depends on if you are planning to use it or not.
If you want to use a Japanese Cell Phone then you will want to look at companies that are international and talk to them.
Otherwise, you might be able to get one off of eBay but you will want them to take the cell phone battery out first or you may never get your package.

LG Shine is a horrible phone. The screen cracks to easily (even when it is in your pocket). Poor quality phone. I would say get the LG Env2 from Verizon. That is the phone I have. it is cute (in black) and has tons of cool features to offer. Good quality phone too. it has a keypad on front keypad of phone & also a keyboard. Easy to text on.

you are better off buying the phone with the contract also most cell phone companies will still make you have a 2 yr or a 1 yr contract even if you already own the phone. you may want to make sure of this

The only way to get a new phone would be to either purchase it outright or upgrade. Even then, there is no program where you "pay the difference." You just have to pay the cost of the new phone when you upgrade and sign a new contract. The usual contract time is 2 years. If you are unsure, it is probably 2! You would keep your old phone…which is a good thing, that way incase something happens to your old phone, you would have a back up so you wouldn't be stranded!

They have rigid cell walls that are designed for high pressure so that the plant can stand straight up. That is why plants wilt when dehydrated.
I love my LG 4500 phone. It's got a great screen AND a huge speaker that really makes the sound very clear. It's an older unit, but I'm thru Verizon, and several of the new ones are similar. (and yes let it be text capable, it's amazing how useful this is.)
Believe it or not, the basic Kyocera is also a pretty decent phone.
Stay away from Samsung. I've found they are mostly junk
