How Do You Send An Email To Someone’s Japanese Cell Phone Email Address?

My friend from Japan emailed me probably using her cell phone email address (it ended in @ezweb.ne.jp) but for some reason I can't reply to her email and I can't send another new email to her since her email address didn't completely show up on the email she sent me (it had a ... in it). This has happened to a few other people who sent me emails from their Japanese cell phones and I couldn't respond. How do I reply to these emails??

i may be putting the address wrong but if thats the case one lucky mofo is all stocked up on th shit.
those voice messages are basically sent out as an MMS from your phone. if it is not allowing you to send it out then that feature is not supported by your service provider. your service provider may be limited to the type of MMS they can transmit through their network (maybe they can only handle pictures or office documents sent in MMS but not audio or video MMS)
also the format that the phone is saving that audio may not be supported by the network. for example if the phone is saving it as a ".aac" file but your network only supports '.mp3"
