emailing between diffrent japanese cell phone companies?

i have softbank cell phone and trying to email an AU cell phone. both japanese but diffrent companies. i always get a fail error sayin temporary network failer. but i go to my service provider and it works fine with there phones. tell really cant help me. any help out there???

The best thing I can say is for you to call the telephone company and ask them what is going on. Or you can just switch phone companies which also may be your best bet. Are you sure you have texting on your phone?
