Can Most Japanese Cell Phones Be Used Elsewhere In The World?

I'm interested in selling japanese phones in the Philippines as a side job but what sort of problems could I expect? For instance, will most applications such as downloading Japanese games and surfing the airs for T.V. channels (as which they can do in Japan) be unavailable? Most importantly, will basic abilities such as texting, calling and even the use of the keypad (since it may not be formated in English) be even usable?

It depends on the carrier. Generally, Softbank and Docomo phones have some potential to be unlocked.KDDI AU phones are not recommended for foreign use.
Usually, a Japan phone is unlocked with a device called a turbo sim/hypersim . It looks like a super slim sim that you put between your original sim and the phone electrical contacts that touch the original sim.
Some of the newer ones supposedly do not require cutting, but in general, especially with tight sim trays, a piece of the original carrier sim might have to have a (non essential) piece cut out so that the turbosim can fit properly.
Generally, all Japan phones (also known as keitai) can only use talk and sometimes text. The stability of the signal varies widely, usually depending on the quality of the turbo sim . The Inex Hyper sim has a good rep but is completely overpriced. The Ismartphone I think or I-smartsim, I forget is supposed to be a good low cost alternative.
Software unlocks are rare for J-phones.

BTW European approach to cell phone service (with unlocked phones and paying for what you really needs) is so much better than we have in US
you are better off buying the phone with the contract also most cell phone companies will still make you have a 2 yr or a 1 yr contract even if you already own the phone. you may want to make sure of this

I used Nivea, and it didn't work for me either.
I found the following things helped to get rid of my cellulite:
Dry skin body brushing
Basic leg exercises (squats and lunges)
Cellulite massage
Drink plenty of water and herbal teas
Cut out preservatives in food where possible, and alcohol
There's some details on the Celluthin product at with some Amazon reviews as well (which are non-biased), I personally haven't used the Celluthin product, but if you get it, use it in combination with the above.

for kids, it's about 8-10 hours of sleep, they are growing and their body needs rest, you have to keep in mind that kids at young age are very hyper and active. so they really need their full rest, not just for growth but for a healthy living, i've baby sat alot of kids, watched alotof kids grow, and they to bed around 8-9 and wake up the other day at 8-9.so it's really upto you but they should atleast have 7 hours of sleep.
